From August 2 to 4, the first National Tower Industry New Technology, New Standards, and New Development Seminar and Transformation and Upgrading Summit Forum was successfully held in Hengshui. Wang Wei, the deputy mayor of the municipal government, attended the meeting, and Sun Wenxin, the county party secretary, delivered a speech. The county governor, Ping Rongfeng, presided over the meeting. County leaders Liu Jincang, Wang Cheng, Ji Yueli, and Zhou Da also attended the meeting.

Before the meeting, municipal and county leaders Wang Wei, Sun Wenxin, Ping Rongfeng, and others met with the attending experts.

At the opening ceremony, Wang Wei, the deputy mayor of the municipal government, congratulated the successful holding of this summit forum and warmly welcomed the arrival of experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs. He pointed out that the tower industry in Jing County is an important industry in Hengshui, known as "the world builds towers in China, and Chinese towers are in Jing County." The tower industry is currently in a period of reform and transformation, as well as an upgrade of the industrial structure. It is worth discussing how to further transform and upgrade the tower industry and continuously develop and grow. This summit forum is a very important meeting held at this critical time, and it is hoped that through this seminar, there will be a new and clearer understanding of the technology in the tower industry, a clear roadmap for the upgrading of the tower industry, and a greater contribution to the economic development of Hengshui.

In his speech, County Party Secretary Sun Wenxin warmly welcomed all the leaders, experts, and scholars attending the meeting on behalf of the county party committee and county government, congratulated the smooth convening of the meeting, and expressed heartfelt thanks to all sectors of society that have long cared for and supported the development of Jing County. Sun Wenxin detailed the basic county conditions, including the cultural and geographical environment, transportation advantages, and characteristics of industrial parks in Jing County. He stated that the tower industry in Jing County has a good foundation and has made a huge contribution to the economic and social development of the entire county. Holding a high-quality and high-level tower industry forum is something that the entire county's tower industry is eagerly looking forward to. It is hoped that through this meeting, the awareness of transformation and upgrading in the entire county's tower industry will be further enhanced, and through continuous efforts, the wisdom of experts will be transformed into productivity, providing a Jing County solution for the transformation and development of the tower industry in the city, province, and even the country.

Academician Jiang Huancheng from the Chinese Academy of Engineering congratulated the conference via video.

Hou Jianqun, the deputy director of the Tsinghua University Architectural Design Institute, Ma Renle, the deputy director of the Steel Structure Design Institute of Tongji University and chairman of the Tall Structure Committee, along with six other experts conducted high-end interviews with the attendees, discussing difficult issues in various fields of the tower industry to provide better solutions for the development of the tower industry and plan for a better future.

The attending experts also delivered keynote speeches from different perspectives on the transformation and upgrading of the tower industry and cutting-edge technologies in the tower industry. Topics such as "Design and Engineering Application of Prefabricated Steel Structure Buildings," "Trends in Tall Steel Structure Technology and Industry Development," and "Photovoltaic Integration and Energy Internet Development of Communication Towers" were vividly presented, providing practical new ideas and solutions for the transformation and upgrading of the tower industry and better, higher-quality development.

At the end of the meeting, participants visited the Jing County Longhua Intelligent Logistics Equipment Industrial Park, Tianxiang Company, and the National Tower Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for on-site inspections.
